Appointment Monitor watches government portals 24/7 and alerts you the instant a slot opens. Stop refreshing manually — let automation do the work.
Government appointment portals release slots at unpredictable times. Manually refreshing pages for hours — or even days — means missed slots, wasted time, and endless frustration.
Appointment Monitor runs silently in your browser, checking for available slots every 20 seconds. The moment a slot opens, you get an unmissable alert with sound — so you can book instantly.
Everything you need to grab appointment slots before anyone else.
Automated polling every 20 seconds means you'll know about openings within moments of them appearing.
Your login credentials never leave your browser. The extension works within your existing authenticated session.
Desktop push notifications combined with persistent audio alerts ensure you never miss an opening, even if you step away.
No separate apps to install, no servers to manage. Just a lightweight Chrome extension running in the background.
Create or import JSON workflows to monitor any government portal — not just the ones we ship with.
Understands modals, calendars, and disabled dates. Distinguishes between "no slots" and "slots available" automatically.
No technical knowledge required. If you can use a browser, you can use Appointment Monitor.
Add Appointment Monitor to Chrome. It takes 30 seconds and requires no special permissions beyond what's needed to monitor the page.
Navigate to the appointment portal and log in as you normally would. Open the extension, pick the matching workflow (or create your own), and validate it works on your page.
Hit "Start Monitoring" and go about your day. The moment an appointment slot opens, you'll get an unmissable notification with sound. Just switch to the tab and book.

One tool. One price. Unlimited monitoring.
Absolutely. Appointment Monitor is a browser extension that runs entirely within your browser. It works inside your already-authenticated session — your credentials are never sent to any external server. We have zero access to your login information.
Appointment Monitor simulates the same actions you would take manually in your browser — clicking buttons and checking results. It does not bypass any security measures, CAPTCHA systems, or access restrictions. However, we recommend reviewing the specific terms of any portal you use.
Appointment Monitor works on Google Chrome and Chromium-based browsers like Microsoft Edge and Brave. Firefox support is planned for a future release.
Currently, Appointment Monitor monitors one portal tab at a time. You can switch between different workflows, but active monitoring runs on a single tab. Multi-tab monitoring is on our roadmap.
You'll receive a desktop push notification and a persistent audio alert that loops until you acknowledge it. The extension badge updates to show the availability. You then switch to the monitored tab and complete the booking yourself.
Yes! Appointment Monitor supports custom JSON workflows. You can define the elements to detect, the buttons to click, and the success/failure conditions for any portal that follows a click-and-check pattern. Check our documentation for the workflow schema.
